Sessions are telehealth. Initial intake sessions are 90 minutes long. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes long.

There is no timeline as growth is not linear. I do complete a treatment plan that outlines goals at 3 or 6 month intervals. Some people complete 15 sessions in that time, others continue on for years. The appropriate timeline will be different for each person.

Ages 16+ up are eligible with parents consent for minors.

Out of pocket rate is $120 per session.

Most major insurances are accepted.
